Project aim
The project aim is to help Lithuanian micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) learn to recognise, manage and reduce burnout risk. The training content is based on the methodology of The Anatomy of Burnout and adapted for team settings: from workload and boundaries to the leader's role in creating a healthy, open and creative work culture.
